[en] DIFFUSION ANALYSIS Analysis of diffusion measures - Fractional Anisotrophy (FA) and Mean Diffusivity (MD) - using the cortical and subcortical segmentations from FreeSurfer. DATA ANALYSIS: This method processes the FA and MD maps to get diffusion measures in cortical and subcortical brain structures. The cortical and subcortical segmentations are obtained using Freesurfer (surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu). The FA and MD measures are calculated using the normalized 3D T1 and the subcortical segmentations from Freesurfer. INPUTS: - DWI serie: Serie with the diffusion-weighted images - FA map: Fractional Anisotrophy map - MD map: Mean Diffusivity map - T1 Freesurfer: Normalized structural image obtained with Freesurfer. - Cortical Map:Cortical map obtained with Freesurfer. OUTPUTS: - Diffusion report: Report with the diffusion measures. - FA measures: FA measures in a CSV file. - MD measures: MD measures in a CSV file.
